Coffee machine and grinder

Coffee machine and grinder products will have a 12-month warranty, both new and refurbished under the condition of a warranty card for each product series and term of use. The warranty will not be applied in case of inappropriate machine installation, installation without grounding, wrong use purpose, modification taking place without permission, bad water filter, lack of maintenance, or misplacement of spare parts within useful life.

Coffee machine maintenance

The company instructs customer to check and replace spare parts once a year. The company provides maintenance guidelines or instructions and a list of spare parts for their own purchase.

The company disclaims damages caused by lack of maintenance, using spare parts outside of guidelines or instructions, or transferring ownership to a third party.

Spare part

For spare parts the warranty will not be applied according to wear and tear, but the customer can make a claim mentioned in the refund policy.
