Spare part

For spare parts only (non-coffee machines, grinders and products on sale) if you find the product damaged from shipping or the wrong model/color/size, you must take a video as evidence and then contact our customer service for replacement or return within 3 days of receiving the products. Otherwise, it deems the order completed.

The customer will be responsible for the delivery fee for returning the product to the company. The product must be in the same condition as before the claims were made.

The company will refund within 15 working days, which requires checking and confirming back to the customer.

Coffee machine and grinder

The replace/return and refund policy does not apply to coffee machines and grinders. But coffee machines and griders will have a 12-month warranty.

Cancellation of the order is not allowed when the order has been paid.
